Ed Roessler wasn't satisfied. Far from it.
Roessler, in his first season back as the Cathedral High School softball coach, said without question he was proud this season of the Irish, who he said achieved the goal of taking the first steps toward returning the program to a place among the best in the area.
Without question Roessler said the season was memorable.
It was productive, too.
