Kathy McCullough likes the state of the Cathedral High School band and music programs.
The band currently has 123 students participating.
The music program has grown to the point where not only is McCullough – in her 13th year at the school – teaching a full load, but an assistant is, too. That’s big-time growth, and it is development that McCullough said can be attributed to one thing.
At Cathedral, the band is more than just the band.
It’s part of the school community.
